Animal Agents is an organization focused on youth who take a pledge to serve as caring and compassionate individuals who desire to see all animals treated with kindness and respect. Animal agents are volunteers in the community focusing on projects that are animal related. They raise money for animal rescue organizations through special fundraisers, provide public representation for animals in the media, offer resource information to help people with animal needs and help find homes for unwanted animals. Pee-Wee Agents are 7 years and under, Jr. Agents from 8-12 years, Teen Agents from 13-17 and Adult Agents are 18 and over.

Eastern Madera SPCA provides education to the public about care and treatment of animals; promotes and offers financial assistance for spay/neuter surgeries; provides services such as low cost vaccination clinics; assists in finding loving homes for unwanted animals; refers individuals who find injured wildlife to qualified persons; and is currently raising funds to build and operate a humane shelter with an emphasis on adoption.

Fresno Wildlife helps care for orphaned and/or injured wildlife. Their goals are to treat, rehabilitate and return all animals to their natural habitat and to educate the general public in becoming more aware, concerned, and understanding of our wildlife resources.
H.O.P.E. Animal Foundation

H.O.P.E. Animal Foundation is dedicated to decreasing the number of abused and abandoned dogs and cats through prevention and education and helping control pet overpopulation through spaying and neutering. The Foundation assists local nonprofit animal welfare organizations by providing grants that enable these agencies to serve the community. H.O.P.E. also has an educational website with more than 200 informational articles and links to other animal-welfare websites.H.O.P.E. now has a low cost spay/neuter clinic at 5490 W. Spruce Street in Fresno.
Missing Pet Partnership

Missing Pet Partnership is working to pioneer law enforcement-based lost pet response services to assist in the recovery of lost pets before they have a chance to enter animal shelters. Their website and on-line services offer excellent information on lost pet behavior and other issues related to lost pet recovery.
